Feeling blue this Monday? Not if you’re an extravert!

So, it’s mid-January and we have well and truly left the fun and frolics of the festive period behind. The decorations are back in the loft and all we have left are failed resolutions, grey skies, big bills and even bigger bulges! Which is why today is apparently one of the most depressing days of the year.

Whether or not you believe in Blue Monday, it can’t be denied that we all can feel a little down from time to time. That’s why we decided to investigate whether certain factors, like age, where you live and more specifically personality type, can affect your happiness level. See what we discovered below.
